Bakery Cafe All Rounder

The Bakeologists is a multi-site modern inner-city Bakery/Cafe looking to add a couple of bakery/cafe FOH all-rounders to join our team at our New Farm location.
We are looking for positive and energetic individuals with a can-do attitude. The latest our shops close is 7pm, so there are no late nights with this role. (We can discuss availability of shifts).
We are a 7-day-a-week business, with current available shifts of 9-5, 12-5, or 1:30-7:30.
We are looking for 1-2 people to fill these roles. We can offer 25-35 hours for the right candidate or 20-25 hours for 2 candidates.
Day-to-day duties include:

Customer service
Shop front merchandising
Coffee making
Standard everyday hospitality business cleaning

The positions are open to candidates with Hospitality and Retail Experience. We are looking for longer-term team members.

Salary: $25,023.00 – $40,000.00 per year
Pay: $21.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
