Baker sought for full-time position at Bakers Delight East Warrnambool, a dynamic team providing high-quality baked products.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and produce quality bakery products as per Bakers Delight standards.Weigh ingredients to prepare dough.Operate machines and tools to prepare bakery products.Decorate cakes with glazes, icing, and edible toppings.Prepare pastry fillings.Coordinate the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.Glaze buns and pastries.Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and premises.Monitor oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking times.Requirements: AQF Certificate IV or higher Australian standard qualifications.In absence of formal qualifications, at least 3 years of verifiable work experience as a Baker.Flexible availability to work across 7 days, including public holidays, with possible start times as early as 2am.Able to be on feet for most of the day and perform some manual handling.Able to work under pressure and within time constraints.Passion, punctuality, reliability, and good organisation skills.
