Baker

Duties include but are not restricted to Weighing and measuring ingredients for the preparation of baked goods -Making and rolling out pastry -Making of donut doughs -Weighing, measuring cake ingredients from scratch recipes -Frying donuts -Operating a range of machinery (pie machine, dough break, pie cooker) This list is not exhaustive -Loading and monitoring oven temperature and baking times -Complying with food hygiene and safety requirements -General cleaning of equipment/machinery -Monitoring stocks and stock control
