As a Baker , you will be responsible for Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Assisting with stock control and production expenses Providing delightful customer service when required As a passionate baker, you will need to Be a team player Minimum one year expirence in Bowl and Oven Need skill in calulating Dough yield Time managment Be comfortable working in a busy production environment Producing high quality product
