Baker

• Operating baking machines and equipment
• Prepare pastry fillings
• Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough for bread, cakes and pastry products from raw materials
• Prepare and decorate cakes.

• Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and working area before production runs to ensure compliance with OHS regulations.

• Training and supervising of junior members
• Place ingredients and raw materials order with supplies when required
• Quality control to ensure meeting the company's high standards
• Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure correct baking times and quality.
