The new graduate Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist role is available full-time in a flexible and family-oriented clinic with opportunities to work from home as needed.

About the role You will join a team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Educators, and Allied Health Assistants in a transdisciplinary early intervention service based in Tamworth providing to the township and surrounding communities.
Utilizing a family-centered key worker practice model, you will provide services to children aged 0-12 years.
Fortnightly team meetings and scope to build the caseload you want with opportunities to be a part of projects and extend skills in special interest areas.
Reduced billable KPIs for the first 3 months.
The successful candidate will be provided their own phone and laptop.

Personal development allowance and paid PD leave.

Weekly supervision with models suited to individual needs with our experienced senior Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.
Fortnightly team meetings and quarterly in-house PD and team-building days.
A fabulous and family-friendly team! Selection Criteria AHPRA or SPA membership and Medicare Provider number (or eligibility to obtain).
Driver's license and access to own reliable vehicle.
NSW WWCC and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
Knowledge of the NDIS.
Demonstrated ability working with children and families in home and school settings.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with relevant parties at a high level.
Well-developed computer skills and experience in using telehealth as a service model.
