Our goal is to "Accelerate growth & delight by helping Canva learn from every single user." This is accomplished through a custom in-house platform that caters to Canva's requirements and methodologies, empowering all engineers and product managers to make informed and thoroughly tested decisions for the benefit of Canva users, primarily through A/B testing techniques.About the roleWe're seeking backend engineers who are eager to dive into the complex realm of A/B testing, measurements, and data analysis. As part of this team, you'll collaborate closely with seasoned Data Scientists and Engineers across the company on projects that impact Canva as a whole. Experimentation lies at the heart of our growth, and by working on our internal experimentation service, you'll directly influence nearly every service within the company.
