What you'd be doing in this role Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and excellence. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth. Product Influence: Influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and feedback from customers to the product management team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Messaging & Positioning: Own the development and maintenance of compelling messaging and positioning. Content Development: Lead/support the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, product videos, and sales enablement tools. Strategic Enablement: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our internal teams are enabled and that content reaches the right audiences. You're probably a match if You have 5+ years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience. You have 1+ years of experience managing and coaching individual contributors. You have demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products. You possess exceptional communication skills. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders. You can identify and understand trends in the market, competitors, and user needs. You have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong prioritization skills. You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn and grow every day. You thrive on creating customer value and enjoy solving problems!
