The Aviation Services Manager is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing quality service delivery with exceptional customer serviceLeading and developing a small team giving timely feedback and recognitionAssisting with ongoing management of cost-effective rostering and resourcingDriving engagement in HSE activities and understanding environmental and safety impactsRole modelling and continuing to create a positive culture where employees feel engaged and motivated.Skills & experience Certificate II in TSPLeadership and Management qualificationsExperience in leading a teamHigh levels of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems such as HRIS, rostering etc.How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
