We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team in a dynamic role that combines technical project reporting and change management coordination. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and experience working with technical teams to ensure smooth project processes.
Role is based in our CBD Project office; you will be working on a billion-dollar EPC gold project.
Your Key Responsibilities Technical Report Consolidation: Collate weekly and monthly reports from different functions and validate the integration of these source reports into the project template. This requires strong Microsoft Excel skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across the reports. Change Management Coordination: Work closely with the commercial, project control, and technical teams to manage the change process. This involves coordinating and expediting the change from its initiation as an issue or change request by the technical teams, through various approval stages, until the variation is submitted to the client. Your role will ensure all changes are processed in a timely and efficient manner. What you 'Can Do' Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and manipulate large sets of data. Experience in managing and coordinating change management processes, especially in a project-based environment. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
