About Jands Early pioneer of the modern staging and entertainment technology industry in Australia.Supplies a wide AV product range across many sectors including retail, pro-performance, corporate, government, and education.Proudly certified as a "Great Place to Work"; they believe in nurturing talent and promoting growth.Experienced strong and sustainable 40% growth in the last 3 years; now a $200 million turnover business.Offers seamless AV solutions through a technically strong integrator and specialist partner network.Committed to engineering excellence and innovation, investing significantly in R&D resources.About The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position sits within the systems team, handling sales to government, corporate, and education customers, working with predominantly Tier 1 integrators.Role is a blend of account management and project management, involving onsite work with integrators and customers.Structured with BDMs who secure new opportunities and Account Managers who ensure smooth implementation and product specification.Nurture existing integrator relationships; account and portfolio growth is key.Ensure solutions are effective for prior customers, maintaining ongoing relationships and continuity of customer care.Coordinate closely with Tier 1 integrators and specialist partners to ensure the solution proposition is right for the end customer.Flexibility to visit customers and integrators across the ACT in person.About You Strong B2B account management/sales background.Proven track record of growing sales revenue from existing accounts.Relevant experience in AV or a related technical product range.Strong experience working with integrators, consultants, and technicians.Intangible qualities: clear communicator, team player.Flexibility to travel interstate occasionally and meet customers locally.Highly motivated and driven applicants will suit this opportunity.If you, or someone you know, has a keen interest in this opportunity, please reach out to Jenny Bull at Inspired Search for a confidential chat on 0473 745 468 or apply now.
