Automotive Vehicle Estimator/Production Manager

Welland Crash Repairs are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Vehicle Estimator/Production Manager (experience preferred) to join our team.Key attributes and duties include:Manage the workshop and supervise and coordinate the repair process, preparing and submitting estimates for damaged vehicles to work providers and retail clients accurately and efficiently in a timely manner according to insurance policies and procedures, ensuring that the margins are sufficient for profitable repairs.Experience using Auto-Quote (preferred but not essential), Estimage, Arnie, ORM & Audanet.Well-developed computer skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work well as a team, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.Schedule and organize repairs, supplements (extras), conduct inspections and quality checks of vehicles prior to delivery, and liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.If you have the relevant qualifications, take pride in your work, are motivated, and can work under minimal supervision, then we would like to hear from you.Please email your resume to marianna@wellandcrashrepairs or call Carlos on 0417851291.All inquiries will be treated with the strictest confidence.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a production manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you have customer service experience?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
