Automotive Vehicle Estimator/Production Manager

Welland Crash Repairs are currently seeking an experienced dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Vehicle Estimator (experience preferred), who is a skilled person to join our team. Welland Crash Repairs has been trading for over 48 years in the automotive repair industry. We have the latest in repair equipment and spray painting technology.
Key Attributes and Duties Include: Manage workshop and supervise and coordinate the repair process, preparing and submitting estimates of damaged vehicles to work providers and retail clients accurately and efficiently in a timely manner according to insurance policies and procedures, ensuring that margins are sufficient for profitable repairs. Experience using Auto-Quote (preferred but not essential), Estimage, Arnie, ORM & Audanet. Well-developed computer skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work well as a team, multi-task, and pay attention to detail. Schedule and organize repairs, supplements (extras), inspect and quality check vehicles prior to delivery, liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.
