Our focus is delivering trade relevant quality training – with real outcomes for our students.We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic experienced Automotive Professional Trainer to join our Perth team to provide quality training and assessment.The RoleAs an Automotive Trainer & Assessor, you will play a key role in providing the high level of student satisfaction that is paramount in our business. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective enrolment, engagement, and administration of our students including but not limited to:Deliver training and assessment of Automotive students through primarily classroom-based training (practical classes conducted in our dedicated College workshop).Engage with our curriculum team to update our learning materials ensuring compliance with industry standards.Regularly audit workshop resources and complete monthly PPE resource orders, ensuring all workshop equipment is maintained.The role requires a high degree of initiative and self-management and requires someone who thrives in a high performing, outcome-focused, and principles-based environment.Skill Requirements:Certificate IV TAE (TAE40116 or equivalent) (Desirable)Minimum Certificate III in Automotive (LVM or Heavy vehicle) or higherIndustry currency in Light/Heavy Vehicle Mechanical TechnologyTeaching experience within vocational education (desirable only)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.This is a full-time role – ready for the right candidate to take a giant step forward in their career.
