Position Description:
Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs : Perform thorough diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles. Quality Assurance : Conduct all repairs with high attention to detail to meet manufacturer and company standards. Efficiency & Productivity : Maximise productivity in a fast-paced environment and strive to exceed performance targets, contributing to a high-functioning, results-driven team. Customer Service Excellence : Engage with customers when required, ensuring clear communication about repairs and maintenance needs, and represent Keema's commitment to superior service. Continual Learning : Stay updated with the latest technologies and service bulletins, participating in factory and in-house training sessions. Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe and organised workspace, adhering to all workplace safety protocols and keeping up-to-date with training on safe equipment and vehicle handling practices.
