Due to growth, they are seeking a qualified mechanic to join their team.
This role would suit a fully qualified LV Mechanic with a high mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in the industry.
About you:
Cert III or higher qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic Experience as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic in a workshop environment.
Strong ability to produce a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a desire to grow & develop a rewarding long-term career.
Results driven with a strong eye for detail & technical/mechanical ability.
Positive calm demeanor, punctual with a strong work ethic.
Reliable, conscientious, adaptable, and customer focused.
Knowledge and operation of all relevant Health & Safety regulations.
Valid Full Manual Driver's Licence essential.
Be available to work rotational Saturdays.
Position Description:
Providing expert advice in relation to mechanical condition of vehicles.
Mechanical vehicle repair and servicing including engine, transmission, body, and suspension components.
Reporting all necessary work, service, or repairs to the Service Manager and recording information using service reporting systems.
Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to return of vehicles to the customer.
Always maintaining a safe working environment.
Other general workshop duties where required.
