Responsibilities:
Accurately identifying and reporting on service, repair, and warranty work.
Carry out minor and major services to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
Troubleshoot and conduct diagnostics across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
Perform road testing and conduct quality control check assessments.
Maintain a safe working environment ensuring the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment.
Contribute to the positive team culture and overall guest experience.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 Years' experience working in a large busy workshop or dealership environment.
Previous Toyota experience highly regarded but not essential.
Ability to work autonomously and collectively as part of a large team.
Knowledge and mechanical experience to service, repair, diagnose across a wide range of makes and models.
Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Full Australian Trade Motor Mechanic Qualifications.
A Current Manual Driver's Licence.
