The opportunity: We are looking for a Store Manager to join us on a full-time basis at our store in Salisbury.
Being accountable for managing the day to day operational requirements of the store, in this leadership position you will also be responsible for the efficient delegation of tasks to workshop staff to ensure that performance standards are achieved.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Actively develop and build relationships with retail and automotive trade customers.Ensure the commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales, and margin targets to maximise store profitability.Lead, motivate and support your team; monitor team performance, coach and train as required, lead store recruitment activities.Assist in the workshop and be "hands-on" when required.Promote and sell Pedders products and services.Maintain Pedders store standards, including compliance to OH&S and other company policies.What you will bring to the team: Qualification or demonstrated experience in automotive suspension repairs and operation.Relevant experience in a management or leadership role.Demonstrated experience from a similar franchise/automotive business model is desirable but not essential.Communication skills, ability to influence, encourage and lead your team to achieve goals.High level of time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and delegate.Sales and achievement focused with proven sales achievements.Current and unrestricted Driver's Licence.Why join Pedders?
