Automotive Manager

This is a hands-on role for a manager with experience directing a staff of technicians located at various car dealerships. We have a team of more than 15 automotive tinters and electronics installers working across the SEQ area. Your job will be to schedule their work and ensure they are meeting their KPIs whilst delivering a high-quality product.Recruiting new staff is also a big part of your duties. In addition, you will also look to build a relationship with the dealers that our tinters work from.Ideally, you will have some experience in the automotive industry and possibly have worked as a tinter at some point. Knowledge around car electronics (Dash Cams etc.) will also be an advantage.You will definitely need to be an experienced manager and able to juggle numerous tasks at the same time.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Automotive Manager?
