About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified Auto Electricians to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team, undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections and complete damage reports as per company procedures.Carry out mechanic diagnosis, repair, and replacements as required.Perform repairs and refurbish recycled parts to required quality standards.Ensure no vehicle or component is refitted or supplied if not safe to do so.Upon request, carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet.If required, notate broken parts/extra repairs and submit to Estimator.Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.Ensure your work complies with AMA's QA standards and sign the QA Sheet to confirm your work meets AMA standards.Benefits: Knock off early Fridays – finish at noon EVERY Friday!Opportunities for career advancement with leadership and skills training.Recognition awards for excellent work and service length milestones.24/7 free, professional, and confidential counselling service for you and your family.Monthly team BBQs.Uniforms for repair centre team members.Discounts on Australia's largest range of auto parts.We are leaders in the repair industry and offer: Ongoing training.Career opportunities.Latest tools, equipment, and processes.Great opportunity to earn significant income for competent and efficient tradespeople.Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k
