Duties Enter sales orders and purchases, conduct bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivableMaintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standardsAssist with payroll, timesheets, and other HR tasksOversee office management tasks, including personnel, customer, and supplier records, insurance, and vehicle fleet managementProvide front-office support, handling inquiries via reception and phoneSkills and experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong bookkeeping backgroundPrevious experience in BAS preparation and or completion (BAS Agent status advantageous)Skilled in MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter with excellent time management and the ability to handle competing deadlinesAutomotive industry background is highly desirableExperience with Automation Premium software is a plusMust have a VIC Driver's License and a reliable vehicleBenefitsCompetitive hourly rate: $35.00 + superFlexible, permanent part-time schedule – work 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri), 8:00 am to 5:00 pmJoin a welcoming and award-winning team with a great work cultureHow to ApplyIf you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic part-time position, please send us your resume today.#J-18808-Ljbffr
