Salary: AUD 157,025 - 167,648 (Annual Gross)

Skill / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 12-14 years of experience with Information Technology.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Preferred Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Test Manager/Program Test Manager; Extensive experience in Test Management and Testing environment.Experience in embedding test resources into Agile teams (dev/test collaboration in the same sprint) for ST & IAT phases.Automation knowledge and experience in Selenium, Cucumber-BDD, Java Scripting, Rest assured API automation, Selenium Grid usage.Experience in build automation tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, Bitbucket, ALM/JIRA XRAY (Nice to have).Experience in developing CICD Pipeline through Jenkins/Bamboo (Nice to have).Demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization.Experience in test execution analysis & reporting.Ability to develop and execute on a testing strategy, test design, and designing the test automation framework for uplift of testing delivery through practice uplift.Applied understanding and experience of: Design Thinking, Process Design & Lean Methodology and Systems Development Methodologies – Agile, LD, JAD, RAD, Scrum, SDLC, SAFE.Strong Stakeholder management.Program and people management experience.Able to work closely with Testing practice for uplift, tooling.Experience in contributing to PI planning, estimating testing efforts.Experience in providing technical and stakeholder management guidance to onshore leads.Proven experience working with dev teams implementing test-driven development, shifting testing responsibility left.Proven experience building out robust automation capabilities and embedding them into CI/CD pipeline.Proven experience developing valuable agile quality/testing metrics.Proven delivery experience in Scaled Agile Framework environment.Experience in working in transformation programs in banking domain.Significant experience working in Core banking platforms involving applications running in Mainframes.Proficient in leveraging legacy systems like MF Cobol Unix, JCL, and DB2.Experience on HOGAN CORE banking experience is preferable. Knowledge on transaction processing.Well versed in data migration testing, developing the strategy for both functional and non-functional testing.Proven experience in handling vendors, developers, project managers, business analysts, and other teams in the organization and to ensure the excellence in test delivery.Key Responsibilities: Develop the test strategy/approach for the assigned projects.Responsible for periodic reporting of test quality status to ensure all relevant stakeholders are appropriately informed of progress to schedule.Manage the delivery of test processes, task allocations, methodologies, measurements, and deliverables across all technologies and adhering to the processes at Enterprise level.Lead and develop a team in accordance with the organization's people and processes, including developing optimal structures and clear accountabilities, maximizing employee performance, providing mentoring and coaching.Execute strategic business plan across the projects to align to enterprise testing services strategic objectives for continuous improvement and consistent quality of service delivery.Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender or other attribute covered by equal opportunity legislation.
