What will your typical day look like?
On a typical day, you will be working alongside stakeholders and team on creating a scope for Automation, as well as, Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium/Playwright/WebdriverIO/Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.
Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Test Execution: Execute automated test cases, analyse results, and report defects and issues.
Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality and faster releases.
Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain test scripts to ensure they are effective and up to date with the latest software changes.
Documentation: Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automation scripts.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and testing needs.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github, Bamboo, or AzureDevOps.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience in BDD/TDD methodologies and tools like Cucumber.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in testing mobile applications and APIs.
