How you'll make an impact As an Automation Developer you will work with process owners to document current and future state requirements, including mapping and optimizing processes.
The role will investigate problems in systems, processes, and services whilst assisting with the implementation and development of solutions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge and provide expert advice to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position of Automation Developer offers opportunities for growth overseeing the development and delivery of solutions with the automation of existing processes leveraging Robotic Process Automation and associated technology.
On a day to day basis you will: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Analyse and evaluate existing manual processes and develop automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Gather requirements and create functional specifications Engage directly with end users, interpreting requirements and working with various stakeholders Write code, scripts, and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions Work with other teams, to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems Liaise with internal clients, colleagues, and vendors to resolve issues in an effective and timely manner Support the incident management and the change advisory board governance process Develop recommendations on support requests to drive continuous improvement Plan and monitor project and integration activities Engage in other duties as assigned About you We are interested in hearing from people who have: Tertiary studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent knowledge gained through practical work experience.
Strong experience with UiPath (Robotic Process Automation) development Experience in utilising Robotic Framework and reporting through Orchestrator Experience managing production support for enterprise scale applications Experience with MS Power Automate & other RPA platforms is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to co-ordinate technical activities with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance Ability to travel and work interstate for training and project assignments Working with us: GB values its employees and offers a friendly, comfortable working environment that facilitates a Work and Life Balance!
