About the role
As an Automatic Door/Gate Technician at Talbot Auto Doors, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated doors and gates across the Brisbane region. This full-time role is a hands-on position that requires a strong technical skillset and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their automated access solutions are operating safely and efficiently.
What you'll be doing Install, service, and repair a variety of automatic door and gate systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, and software componentsPerform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent malfunctionsLiaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert adviceMaintain detailed records of all work performedEnsure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automatic Door/Gate Technician or in a similar technical roleStrong working knowledge of automated door and gate systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software componentsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsA valid driver's licenceWhat we offer
