You are integral to our team of marketeers and customer enthusiasts. As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be helping to deliver nationwide retail calendar events across channels, projects, and programs for the Auto One network.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead the retail marketing for the group, mentoring and guiding members of the team. As the brand champion, create consistency across the network for Auto One and A1 Auto Parts (the Auto One Group) including guideline development, national marketing programs, trade and wholesale marcomm programs, state-based activities, and local area marketing guidance. Develop and manage digital-led go-to-market activities and campaign promotions evolving traditional channels to commercially viable omni-channel executions across: In-Store, point of sale, digital, web, content, email, social, performance media, radio, TV, OOH, Sponsorships. Bring to life customer segmentation, insights, and champion customer-first thought leadership throughout the network. Continually iterating and optimising to build growth and revenue opportunities through data-driven decision making. Work with cross-functional teams of customer, merchandising & product, ecommerce, retail, and network operations to continuously improve customer experience and align business objectives. What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving business. If you have:
A tertiary qualification in marketing, business and/or equivalent. 7+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally within a retail business, with team management experience a must. Franchise network experience is a plus. You have strong influencing skills and an ability to drive change by working collaboratively across functions. You are an excellent communicator. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can bring demonstrated expertise in project and campaign management with an ability to problem solve and prioritise. You operate with a team player mindset, building strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency across the Martech stack from CMS and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify through to CRM and customer 360 applications such as HubSpot. #J-18808-Ljbffr
