Bring your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.Sydney-based global organization4 days on 4 days off shifts - 5 weeks of annual leaveGreat exposure to the Aviation IndustryAs an Automotive Technician at TCR, you will:Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.Report daily to the Shift Supervisor and ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager.Conduct preventive servicing, data collecting, as well as repair and maintenance tasks that reflect a trade standard.Promote a safety-first approach.Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.Utilize the wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity for you to bring a wide collection of knowledge & skills to the role.Work with multiple unique GSE specialized equipment.Have 5 weeks annual leave + 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days.Have your uniforms provided and laundered, a competitive salary, and excellent mentorship.To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification.Have your own tools.Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding is highly regarded.Hold a current and valid Driver's License.A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures.Experience working within procedural guidelines.Good communication skills and proactiveness.A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.?
