Your new role You will be responsible for executing remediation projects that restore Members back to the position they would have been in had the error not occurred within agreed timelines and budgets and in line with legislative and fund requirements as detailed below.
Identify and agree the resourcing and internal capabilities to enable delivery. Progress and obtain approval of Funding Business Cases. Produce evidence that remediation occurs in line with RG277, the remediation lifecycle and all internal policy. Together with the Remediation Sponsor, determine objectives and measures upon which the remediation will be evaluated at its completion, with a particular focus on Member-centricity. Deploy methods that provide the delivery team, stakeholders and Remediation Sponsor with clarity on the activities and sequencing needed to meet the objectives. Conduct Impact Assessments of scope across Privacy, AML/CTF, Security, Data Governance, Business Continuity Management. What you'll need Significant experience as a project or stream lead on a complex or large remediation project. Significant experience defining, managing and executing end-to-end remediation project plans. Significant experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes. Previous experience in authoring remediation documents, such as Methodology, compensation methodology, communication and payments plans. Clear understanding of industry remediation guidance, including RG 277. Proven ability to utilize strong project disciplines in both agile and waterfall depending on the level of uncertainty. Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the Fund. High level facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes. Ability to formulate reports and to provide well-considered options for deliberation by management. Developed written and oral communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management.
