About the Role Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for segment ownership, product management, and category leadership, ensuring our products meet customer needs while delivering outstanding sales performance.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Own the HVAC valves and actuators segment, including developing and executing market strategies that align with business goals and drive sales. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats. Establish long-term strategic plans for segment growth, pricing, and positioning within the Australian market. Lead the lifecycle management of HVAC valves and actuators, from product launch through to end-of-life. Ensure products meet the specific needs of the Australian HVAC market, working closely with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features and benefits are clearly communicated and effectively delivered to customers. About You To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in HVAC systems or product management would be an advantage. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales or product management, with a strong focus on HVAC valves and actuators. Proven track record of managing product portfolios and driving sales growth in the HVAC or related industries. Experience in segment ownership, product management, and category leadership. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What's on Offer?
