Our work is interesting and meaningful, contributing directly to Australia's national security. We offer rewarding roles that provide the opportunity to grow your career, and the flexibility to balance life and work. A career at ASC is like no other, delivering a deeper purpose we can all be proud of.

This position is responsible for the coordination and creation of comprehensive approved governance structures and assurance working arrangements that ensure compliance and operational integrity. Additionally, the Lead supports the Nuclear Baseline by defining core capability requirements tailored to each licensing phase, facilitating a clear understanding of necessary competencies and resources, and ensuring the 'right nuclear culture' for the people undertaking the work. The role includes both input into, definition and monitoring the cultural transformation of the enterprise by promoting the 'Nuclear Mindset' (core values from the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA)) to foster the right behaviours for a nuclear environment.
This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia.
Note: This role is established early in ASCs Nuclear pathway. Therefore, this role will change with the evolving needs of the business.
