We are seeking a dynamic and experienced executive level manager to join our team in the role of Manager, Strategic Engagement. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead engagement initiatives by directly supporting Agency executives in their interactions with external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive network.
You will be responsible for developing comprehensive briefing materials, presentations, and impactful advice that maximize our engagement opportunities, aligning with our agency and Government priorities.
The position will require you to exercise sound, responsive decision making and judgement to produce high-level strategic advice. You will engage in complex problem solving and issues management requiring critical analysis and thinking skills and actively manage key stakeholder relationships and provide leadership to a work team.
What You'll Bring Proven track record of writing briefing materials and presentations for executive leadership. Experience managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholder relationships. Relevant tertiary qualification. Ability to obtain and maintain national police check. Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility. Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency. Salary This role offers between $116,075 - $132,386 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
