The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a motivated and experienced ICT Contract Manager to join the Digital Capability & Operations Branch, Information Services Division (ISD).
ISD is responsible for the provision of IT services to the Australian Parliament and electorate offices nationally.
The Digital Capability & Operations Branch is responsible for the development of systems that underpin the operation of both chambers of Parliament, parliamentary committees, and the administrative functions across Parliament House.
As an ICT Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining contracts across a varied range of vendors.
You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and practices, as well as undertaking development opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for contract management and a customer-focused mindset.
You should have demonstrated experience in contract management, including financial oversight, compliance, and renewals.
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to ensure contract effectiveness and vendor performance is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend and implement improvements to contract management processes are required.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in contract management are desirable, and knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the PGPA Act are highly desirable.
