Salary : $115,899 - $130,733 + 15% BDCP + up to 15.4% SuperannuationLocation : Adelaide - SAThe RoleThe Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems Land System Program Office (EWIS-L SPO) is seeking to fill the EL 1 Integration Manager position within the EWIS-L SPO.The EL 1 Integration Manager will support verification and validation of materiel systems delivered by the Tactical Electronic Warfare (TacEW) Program and will be responsible for:The management of the TacEW Integration Facility and direct supervision of one APS 6 Communications Engineer.Applying established technical, operational, professional and administrative activities, procedures, practices and project management methodologies.Establishing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder engagement.Leading various functions and coordinating inputs according to organisational practices, methods and standards.Ensuring compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines / classifications that are critical to Defence capability.
