Role Overview: We are seeking a Facility Manager to lead an aged care facility on a full-time basis. You will oversee and manage facilities management to ensure all contractual requirements are met and act as the on-site point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within contract scope. Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements. Oversee allocated financial budgets. Develop and maintain close working relationships with client representatives and ISS. Direct, manage, and develop reporting ISS staff. Monitor the application of asset management plans for the facility. Introduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites to drive client/customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary education in facility management, business, or a related recognized facilities management professional qualification is advantageous. Demonstrable evidence of team management and leadership skills. Good working knowledge of operations and maintenance environment. Ability to recognize risks in building management. Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude and willingness to ensure service delivery is achieved. Additional Requirements: A COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate outlining full vaccination is required. Medical exemptions will apply.
