What will your day look like? As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager , your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers, coaching them through the home loan journey and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
To grow in the role, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support, providing you with excellent, transferable lending skills.
What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network Financial savvy, with keen attention to detail An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions The ability to multi-task and adapt to change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude and desire to be part of a collaborative team environment You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
