Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading Australian owned company specialising in the design and manufacture of turn key heavy lifting equipment. This company operates within national and international markets covering a diverse and exciting project range.
The team are looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to lead and manage a team of Boilermakers and Mechanical fitters. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
As the WorkshopManager your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a team of boilermakers and fitters Work closely with engineering, procurement and senior leadership team Identify areas of improvement in current manufacturing processes Ensure workshop quality and safety standards are being met A little bit about you:
Trade Qualification (Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter etc) A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Experience working with an Original Equipment Manufacturer Experience with Heavy Fabrication and Assembly Welding Inspection Experience (Preferred)
