About the RoleThis site supervisor role places you at the heart of exciting automation projects at Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal.
As a key member of the project team, you will ensure smooth operations, drive project milestones, and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Monitor project performance using project schedule, making necessary adjustments to avoid delaysProvide site reporting to track progress, anticipate challenges, and manage resources and costsChampion Health & Safety, leading by example to foster a proactive and safety-conscious cultureOversee site activity to align with project schedules and ensure contract milestones are metSome night shifts will be required, and you must be comfortable working these when necessarySkills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you must have the legal right to work in Australia and bring the following qualifications:
Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a project environment, ideally within the construction sectorMechanical Trade Background and QualificationDemonstrated experience in resource planning and schedulingStrong communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage all levels of project stakeholders from technicians to C-Suite partnersWhy Join?
