Austcorp Executive are partnering with a Western Australian owned mining and heavy haulage company. On the back of continued growth, the company is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager.
This person will be Perth based and required to visit the company's sites. The person will be responsible for overseeing, planning, organizing, and managing the maintenance of all of the company's assets.
This person will manage multi-skilled teams of Workshop Managers, Supervisors, and Tradespeople to ensure maintenance works are completed to the highest industry standards.
As the Maintenance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Oversee the maintenance management of the company's fleet of heavy transport and mining vehicles and equipment. Develop and implement improved maintenance schedules, procedures, and regimes. Manage and update the company's electronic maintenance system. Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and management of sound employee relations and safety practices. Promote a strong safety culture within the organization. A little about you:
Australian Certified Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification. Proven experience managing multiple maintenance teams. Extensive experience with prime mover and earthmoving equipment. Exposure to the WA Mining Industry. Able to manage and maintain a comprehensive electronic maintenance record system. Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize, and lead the team.
