Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to relocate to regional Victoria and join a highly innovative and industry-leading company? Our client, a renowned name in the Sales, Design, and Manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor to join their dynamic team.

The role: As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of complex contracts, ensuring they meet project requirements and company policies. This is a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The position is hybrid, with a few days each week spent at their head office in regional Victoria.
Key responsibilities include: Negotiating, reviewing, and managing complex contracts to align with project and budget goals. Administering and maintaining a centralized contract management system. Assessing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries from internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring contract performance and reporting on key metrics. Driving continuous improvement in contract management practices. About you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (a Master's or Contract Management certification is a plus). Subcontractor experience, skilled in "bottom-up" negotiations to effectively represent subcontractor interests with main contractors is essential. 5+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within manufacturing or a similar sector. High attention to detail, with the ability to advise on multiple contracts simultaneously. Solid understanding of contract law and strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities. Willingness to travel and work from the regional office a few days per week.
