ABOUT THE ROLE
RFQ Opportunity
Fujitsu Australia is looking for a skilled Aurion Consultant. This role is suited to someone who excels at integrating technology with business processes and has extensive experience working with the Aurion HRMIS platform. You will be instrumental in configuring Aurion modules to meet departmental needs, including HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping, and ensuring seamless implementation and support.
This position offers flexible working arrangements but requires a minimum of two days onsite per week in Canberra.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, solution architects, and external consultants, to gather and understand requirements for various work packages.
Configure new functionalities within the Aurion suite, ensuring existing configurations remain unaffected.
Lead and document workshops involving multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
Adhere to specified governance processes and channels within Fujitsu.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory Criteria

Expert knowledge in the configuration, administration, and development of the Aurion Payroll and Leave modules.
Proficiency in configuring and administering the Aurion Timekeeper module.
Strong experience with Aurion Business Process Automation (BPA).
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Aurion Consultant.
Understanding of data relationships within Aurion.

Weighted Criteria

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution development and implementation in complex environments.
Knowledge of Cloud Systems (SaaS solutions).
Background in HR/Payroll or a strong understanding of HR/Payroll processes.
