Our Government client is looking for an experienced Aurion Consultant who is passionate about working at the intersection of technology and business architecture.
Security Clearance: Must have BaselineContract Length: 12 months + 1 x 12 monthsLocation: ACTWorking arrangements: Flexible working arrangements, including working away from the office is available.Start Date: January 2025
The Aurion Consultant will have extensive experience working with the Aurion HRMIS platform in configuration aligned to the department's requirements.
You must possess strong analytical, solution and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, along with the following skills:
Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aurion HRMIS system.Expert knowledge in configuring Aurion Payroll, Timekeeper, and Business Process Automation modules.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in technical liaison with business and vendors.Services to be provided, but not limited to: Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts, solution architects, and external consultants to understand the requirements of work packages.Configure new capabilities across the Aurion suite of modules ensuring existing configuration is not impacted.Facilitation and documentation of workshops involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.Work within specified governance groups and channels.Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.Essential criteria: Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Payroll and Leave module.Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Timekeeper module.Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Business Process Automation (BPA) module.Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated duties as an Aurion Consultant.Demonstrated understanding of data relationships in Aurion.Desirable criteria: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end development and implementation of solutions in large, complex environments.Experience in Cloud Systems (SaaS solutions).HR/Payroll background or strong HR/Payroll understanding and knowledge.How to Apply: Please upload your resume to apply.
