Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements, including working away from the office is available. A minimum of two days working on site in the Canberra DAFF office is required.
Length of contract: 12 Months
Contract extensions: 1 x 12 months
Security clearance: Must have Baseline clearance
Rates: $90 - $120 per hour (inc. super)
The ERP Systems section is looking for an experienced Aurion Consultant who is passionate about working at the intersection of technology and business architecture. The Aurion Consultant will have extensive experience working with the Aurion HRMIS platform in configuration aligned to the department's requirements.
You must possess strong analytical, solution and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, along with the following skills:
Knowledge and hands on experience with the Aurion HRMIS system.Expert knowledge in configuring Aurion Payroll, Timekeeper and Business Process Automation modulesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in technical liaison with business and vendors. Services to be provided, but not limited to:
Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts, solution architects and external consultants to understand the requirements of work packages.Configure new capabilities across the Aurion suite of modules ensuring existing configuration is not impacted.Facilitation and documentation of workshops involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groupsWork within DAFF's specified governance groups and channels.Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver project outcomes. Essential Criteria Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Payroll and Leave moduleDemonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Timekeeper moduleDemonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Business Process Automation (BPA) moduleMinimum 1-2 years demonstrated duties as an Aurion ConsultantDemonstrated understanding of data relationships in Aurion. Desirable Criteria Demonstrated experience in end-to-end development and implementation of solutions in large, complex environments.Experience in Cloud Systems (SaaS solutions).HR/Payroll background or strong HR/Payroll understanding and knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
