The Opportunity
We are partnering with a Government Client to fill a critical role for an Aurion Consultant. This role is essential in configuring and enhancing the Aurion HRMIS platform across payroll, timekeeping, and automation modules, supporting the department's mission to elevate operational efficiency and accuracy in HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Consultation: Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and external consultants to define requirements and design solutions. Configuration and Enhancement: Implement new functionalities across the Aurion suite, ensuring no disruptions to existing configurations. Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and document project progress. Governance and Compliance: Work within DAFF's specified governance frameworks, adhering to approved channels for project decisions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Attributes Aurion HRMIS Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge in configuring, administering, and developing the Aurion Payroll, Timekeeper, and Business Process Automation (BPA) modules. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data relationships within the Aurion system and ability to resolve complex configuration challenges. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, with experience liaising between technical and business stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications Experience with end-to-end development and implementation in large, complex environments. Familiarity with Cloud Systems (SaaS) solutions. HR or payroll background with a deep understanding of HR processes. Why Join Us?
