Job Description Aurion Consultant 12 months contract, 12 months ext.
option Location – ACT – hybrid work arrangement Australian Citizens with current Baseline Clearance Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Aurion Consultant for our esteemed Federal Government Client.
This is a 12 months contract with 12 months extension option possible further, based on funding and approval!
About the role: As the Aurion Consultant, you will have extensive experience working with the Aurion HRMIS platform.
You must possess strong analytical, solution and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, along with the following skills: Knowledge and hands on experience with the Aurion HRMIS system.
Expert knowledge in configuring Aurion Payroll, Timekeeper and Business Process Automation modules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in technical liaison with business and vendors.
Duties will include: Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts, solution architects and external consultants to understand the requirements of work packages.
Configure new capabilities across the Aurion suite of modules.
Facilitation and documentation of workshops involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
Essential Criteria: Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Payroll and Leave module.
Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Timekeeper module.
Demonstrated expert knowledge in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Business Process Automation (BPA) module.
Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated duties as an Aurion Consultant.
Demonstrated understanding of data relationships in Aurion.
