Security clearance: Must have Baseline
The successful candidate will have 5+ years demonstrated experience in the Aurion system and have specialised technical expertise in Aurion web recruitment and payroll onboarding. The candidate will assist in delivering business initiatives to enhance the Aurion Recruitment Module and implement Payroll Onboarding Module. The candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the work environment by engaging with various stakeholders across the Project and impacted business areas.
What you will bring:
Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Web Recruitment and Payroll Onboarding. Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in Aurion ESS Forms and Business Process Automation (BPA) development and configuration. Experience in implementing Aurion solutions within the Australian Public Service sector. Demonstrated experience across all Aurion Modules (Payroll, Leave, Career Manager, and Timekeeper Modules). Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders. Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills. The successful applicant will be required to comply with all applicable Work Health & Safety regulations.
