Aughtersons Lawyers is offering an opportunity for a senior practitioner to join our busy Property practice area.

The role We are looking for an experienced Property lawyer to join our skilled team of dedicated practitioners and support staff. The role offers a challenging and varied scope of work covering all aspects of Property Law including:
Autonomously running the day-to-day carriage of matters whilst providing effective and efficient advice and support to clientele Building close working relationships with our business partners, clientele, and practice group Review and advice of residential, commercial, and off-the-plan contracts Review and advise on retirement village contracts SRO duty exemption and concession applications Acquisition and disposition of property through trusts (including superannuation funds) Development projects across broad-acre or multi-story mixed-use developments Joint Venture Agreements or Co-ownership agreements Loan Agreements and mortgage documentation Sale of rural or agricultural property with attached transfers of water rights The position requires outstanding organisational and communication skills, acute attention to detail, and enthusiasm for property law.
