A little about the role As the Audit Lead , you will: Undertake all auditing of operations in Victoria, for audit and licensing purposes.
This position plays a critical role in developing and providing centralised visibility and coordination of audit processes.
Enhance the organisational value of quality service delivery by evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes.
Assist by advising in the development and introduction of systems to support efficient ongoing auditing functions.
Coordinate Internal stakeholders and liaise with external providers to perform internal audits including planning, scoping, fieldwork, reporting and follow up.
Provide relevant and accurate reports to assist with statutory compliance and the planning and decision making for business operations.
The base salary for this position is $84,006.00 - $90,382.50 per annum + super + vehicle & fuel card + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
About you To be successful in this role, you'll come with: Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant recognised Qualifications.
Auditor training, or a willingness to obtain.
3+ years' experience working in Human Services, Audit or a compliance related role.
A proven ability to produce a high standard of report writing and high level of skills in written and oral presentation of information.
Tenacity, diligence and resilience - with the ability to adopt a creative approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
