As the Audit and Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to source, analyse, and generate audit and compliance documents crucial to CBS's regulatory obligations in relation to online wagering providers operating in South Australia. This role involves conducting audit and compliance assessments with some guidance and reporting to the Senior Audit and Compliance Officer. You'll play a pivotal role in executing audit and compliance strategies tailored to regulate the online wagering industry in South Australia. The Attorney-General's Department (AGD) provides a range of legal, regulatory and other services for the government and people of South Australia. Employing around 1500 staff, AGD promotes justice by protecting people's rights, holding people to account according to the law, improving safety and contributing to an efficient and fair justice system. Consumer and Business Services (CBS) is a division of the Attorney-General's Department and is responsible for protecting consumers, supporting and regulating businesses and recording significant life events for South Australians.
