About the role Coles Group is seeking an Audience Specialist to drive foundational audience creation and guide business users in effectively utilizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP). In this critical role, you will ensure that audience segmentation aligns with business goals while upholding data governance, security, and best practices. As a key subject matter expert, you'll empower the organization to leverage data for targeted customer engagement and personalization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in CDP technologies and Snowflake, along with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights. About you and your skills Proficient in Adobe CDP (or similar CDP solutions like HighTouch, Amperity, Tealium).Experience working with Snowflake or other data platforms, use of SQL.Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics platforms – Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target.You'll also have 4+ years' experience in audience segmentation and management, ideally within a Product, MarTech or digital marketing environment.Strong knowledge of CDP platforms and data transformation techniques.Ability to translate business objectives into effective audience segmentation strategies.About the recruitment process We're continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive and welcoming as the communities we serve.
