About the role   We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Food and Beverage operations, within Atura Albury, including breakfast, dinner and conference & events operations, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Food and Beverage operations,  Collaborate with F&B senior leaders, and other departmental managers, in promoting Atura Albury Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; and maintain a clean and organised environment.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to meet demand.
Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Address customer enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage expenses.
Maximise revenue through strategic pricing and promotional activities.
Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menus that align with current trends, customer preferences and compliance.
Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages.

Skills & experience   Proven experience in management, within the Food & Beverage department, with a track record of success.
Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate/Competency Card.
A commitment and dedication towards teamwork with a positive and 'can do' attitude.
Flexible availability and the ability to work a range of weekdays, weeknights, public holidays and weekends.
